If you're anywhere near Belleville, you must stop at this joint! I was on the way back from Quebec and needed some flavour badly. It was almost closing time plus we were antsy to get home after a long drive so I called in my order to pick up. Right when the gentleman answered the phone, I knew I made the right choice. He was courteous and just wonderfully delightful. I went with the usual - jerk chicken and curry goat. When I got to the store, I saw my food was packed and ready to go. The man I spoke to 10 minutes earlier greeted me and started a pleasant convo while he punched in my order asking where I was from, if I looked him up, etc. It was a nice way to end the day and the food is real amazing Jamaican stuff to top it off. Another bonus is the vinegar based coleslaw which is perfect if you don't prefer creamy slaws (like me). This is a hidden gem!

Was excited to try to this place based on previous reviews but unfortunately my experience was not as good.
Ordered a boneless beef roti and a jamaican patty. The patty was quite good but the roti was a huge letdown. First of all, the beef was quite dry, although there was quite a generous amount of it. In fact the whole roti could easily feed two people so there is a lot of food, it just wasn't very good. The roti as a whole was also quite dry. I feel like it would have benefited greatly from being loaded up with more curry gravy.
Overall quite disappointing, especially if you're used to more high quality rotis from the GTA. -

We discovered this restaurant late last year and really enjoy the boneless chicken roti. The portion is so big, that we cut it in half for two meals.
We are happy to find Caribbean food in Belleville. -

All I can say is Love It, Love It, Love It!!!!
My husband and I both love Roti & Jerk. We were pleased to find this little gem here in Belleville. YEAH! The homemade hot sauce is great, though I use just a little bit. We both agree that they have one of the best Chicken Roti's we have eaten in a very long time. -

Great Caribbean restaurant, it's a very small place and take out only. I have had both the beef patties and goat roti, both of which were fantastic. You can ask for extra spicy and they will douse it with homemade hot sauce. Being raised in Toronto, it was nice to find a place here that had good Roti :) I must try their jerk chicken sometime too.
